- Olumide Idowu is co-foundering Development in Africa. Over the past one year he has been involved in leading youth advocacy efforts mainly around the Millennium Development Goals. Olumide was recently selected alongside another Nigerian youth to represent his community at the British Council in Abuja Nigeria. Youth Leadership Summit in Abuja Nigeria. He has also traveled extensively across Nigeria and some West African countries, where he delivers lectures and presentations and offers training for other young people. Notably among such events is the First British Council conference on HIV/AIDS in Abuja Nigeria, A youth organization (Federation of African Student Union) undergraduate of University of Abuja, and is a well know youth activist.
